Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the IT team and keep employees connected, productive, and secure. You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues while supporting onboarding and daily operations.

You will troubleshoot and maintain Windows and Mac devices, manage user access via Active Directory, and leverage Google Workspace to sustain reliable productivity across a global environment. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on end-user tech support experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AD and access control for secure operations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and enterprise tools.
