Job summary

TALENT XPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced EUS Engineer to own the day-to-day technology experience of our employees. The role centers on macOS fleet management, Jamf Pro administration, and Google Workspace management, alongside maintaining meeting rooms, printers, and reliable Wi‑Fi.

You’ll work independently, diagnose issues from first principles, and ensure a well-documented, patched, and inventoried fleet while delivering white-glove IT support to executives and staff.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in end user support, IT support engineering, desktop support, or corporate/workplace IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for macOS fleet across procurement, enrollment, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Administer Jamf Pro policies, config profiles, smart/static groups, and self-service workflows.
• Own zero-touch provisioning via ADE/DEP and Apple Business Manager.
• Manage OS and third-party patching, FileVault, and compliance baselines.
• Package and deploy software; write scripts to automate tasks.
• Maintain IT asset records in Jamf and asset register, inventory reconciliation, and stock levels.
• Administer Google Workspace at enterprise level; manage Gmail routing, shared drives, and calendar rooms.
• Enforce security controls and 2-step verification; manage Chrome policies and Vault for eDiscovery.
• Support meeting rooms and AV devices; troubleshoot video conferencing, cabling, and room resources.
• Provide after-hours support for events and migrations.
• Diagnose root cause and implement permanent fixes; write knowledge base articles.
