Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintaining a good network of IT contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to ensure the company benefits from IT systems.
• Support Desktop, LAN/WiFi, and business applications.
• Perform system changes to standards and timescales.
• Install standard desktop/laptop images to standard.
• Configure hardware/software to meet business needs.
• Provide fault finding and problem resolution.
• Maintain IT systems, hardware, network, and apps.
• Support IT projects/initiatives.
• Coordinate with external support services to meet requirements.
• Generate KPI reports on IT service and activities.
• Provide user training and guidance on company systems.
• Procure IT equipment and manage stock.
