Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking an IT Service Desk & Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for end-user inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software, and maintaining IT assets.

You will manage incidents and service requests via the ticketing system, prepare equipment for new joiners, and collaborate with global IT teams to ensure a stable, well-documented environment with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: at least 2 years in IT Service Desk/Support
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Windows, MacOS and iOS troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is a bonus
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries at the Service Desk
• Handle internal and external calls regarding IT incidents or service requests, including Google Workspace issues
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ requests via ticketing system
• Support new joiners by preparing required IT hardware/software packages and access credentials
• Conduct weekly checks on meeting room AV equipment
• Communicate system updates, maintenance, or new rollouts to users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams/global IT on issues and system integration
• Manage full hardware/software inventory lifecycles and maintain asset tracking
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance, repairs, quotes, and warranty claims
• Compile and present statistics on ticket volumes, resolution times, and recurring incidents
