Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role involves occasional after-hours support and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/engineering.
• MCSE or COMPTIA certifications would be beneficial.
• ITIL Foundation V4 would be beneficial.
• Experience with LAN/WiFi, Windows, Mac, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, networks (LAN/WiFi), and business apps.
• Set up computers with standard company software.
• Install and configure hardware/software for users.
• Troubleshoot and fix IT problems.
• Maintain and monitor IT systems, hardware, and applications.
• Support video and audio-conferencing events.
• Train users on company systems and software.
• Be available for support outside regular hours.
• Monitor communications and conferencing systems.
