Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a System Administrator for a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, and deployments under the Local SHE IT manager and Global ITS workplace team.

You will support L1/L2 incidents, deploy images via SCCM, and coordinate with vendors for parts replacement while keeping asset records up to date. Strong Windows skills and basic networking are essential.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Windows OS installations.
• L1/L2 support for helpdesk incidents.
• SCCM software deployment knowledge.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/UDP) understanding.
• PowerShell or scripting knowledge.
• Basic vendor coordination for parts replacement.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT/IS operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Deploy computer images using SCCM.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts replacement or repair.
• Maintain CMDB assets or track in Excel as per guidelines.
• Support network-related incidents and printer equipment.
• Assist in Windows 10/11 OS deployment and software installs.
• Manage software/hardware asset tracking and allocations.
• Support conference room and Barco devices.
