Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking to Lead the end user services engineering team from DBS Asia Hub to shape the strategy, architecture, and lifecycle of enterprise endpoint platforms. You will drive secure, resilient endpoint services while guiding modernization initiatives and aligning with business priorities.

You will oversee SOE governance, platform upgrades, and security controls, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with infrastructure, security and business teams to ensure reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Endpoint engineering experience for Windows and MacOS; SOE design and lifecycle management.
• Experience evaluating new technologies and deploying them with minimal disruption.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; able to drive IT projects.
• Excellent communication in English; able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in banking environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define end user services engineering roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead teams delivering Windows and MacOS endpoint services and platform modernization.
• Establish and govern SOE; manage changes and governance.
• Oversee audit responses, risk remediation and compliance.
• Drive endpoint security initiatives (application control, OS lifecycle, hardening).
• Partner with infrastructure, security and business stakeholders for service reliability.
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of endpoint engineers.
