Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking a Lead End User Services Engineer to own strategy, architecture, governance and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint platforms, delivering secure, resilient endpoint services while driving modernization.

The role leads engineering teams, sets the multi-year roadmap, and ensures SOE governance, change and problem management, audit readiness and compliance across Windows and MacOS endpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong prioritization, responsiveness and customer service in a fast-paced, technical banking environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of endpoint engineering for Windows and MacOS, SOE design and lifecycle management.
• Experience in banking environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Define the end user services engineering roadmap aligned to business priorities and standards.
• Lead teams delivering Windows and MacOS endpoint services, security controls and platform modernization.
• Establish and maintain SOE governance, change management and problem management frameworks.
• Act as gatekeeper for SOE changes, oversee audit responses, risk remediation and compliance.
• Drive endpoint security initiatives including OS lifecycle management and hardening.
• Partner with infrastructure, security and business stakeholders to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of endpoint engineers and provide technical guidance.
