Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a seasoned technology leader to own end-to-end architecture and delivery for its Lending platforms, spanning origination, processing and servicing. You will shape engineering roadmaps, drive platform modernization and ensure resilience, security and regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep hands-on coding and architecture chops, with experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices and event-driven patterns, plus AI-enabled solutions such as GenAI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technology experience with hands-on software engineering and app development.
• Proven track record leading software teams in banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering mission-critical platforms at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development and delivery of lending platforms across origination, processing and servicing.
• Define platform strategy, roadmaps and ensure security, risk controls and regulatory compliance.
• Drive modernization leveraging cloud-native tech, microservices and APIs.
