Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an End User Computing Intern to gain hands-on exposure to IT operations and asset management within a global professional services network. You will support device onboarding, software deployment, and service requests, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role targets students enrolled in IT-related diplomas, with a focus on customer service, communication, and detail-oriented work. This internship is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT support and end-user device management.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT asset management principles is a plus.
• Awareness of security policies and standards for end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Support the EUC asset lifecycle: onboarding, loans, refreshes, retirements, and updates.
• Assist with software packaging, testing, release, and deployment to keep devices current.
• Provide IT support: troubleshoot issues and perform software installations and upgrades.
• Follow up after incident resolution and fulfill IT service requests.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate asset records (status, location, user assignment).
• Help ensure all devices comply with security policies and standards.
