Key Responsibilities

• Support the end‑user computing (EUC) asset lifecycle: plan and coordinate device deployments (onboarding), loans, refreshes, and retirements (offboarding); ensure timely updates and replacements.
• Assist with software packaging, testing, release, and deployment to keep devices current.
• Provide IT support: troubleshoot issues and perform software installations and upgrades.
• Follow up after incident resolution and fulfill IT service requests.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate asset records (status, location, user assignment).
• Help ensure all devices comply with firm security policies and standards.

What we’re looking for
