Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑user computing (EUC) asset lifecycle: plan and coordinate device deployments (onboarding), loans, refreshes, and retirements (offboarding); ensure timely updates and replacements.
- Assist with software packaging, testing, release, and deployment to keep devices current.
- Provide IT support: troubleshoot issues and perform software installations and upgrades.
- Follow up after incident resolution and fulfill IT service requests.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate asset records (status, location, user assignment).
- Help ensure all devices comply with firm security policies and standards.
What we’re looking for
- Currently enrolled in a diploma program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT support and end‑user device management.
- Willingness to learn troubleshooting, software installation, and device configuration.
- Strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT asset management principles is a plus.
- Awareness of security policies and standards for end‑user devices.
- Ability to work well in cross‑functional teams and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
