Job summary

Ecolab Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a passionate, technology-minded student to join our IT Operations Team as an intern. You’ll work on projects supporting associates across the region, assisting in IT support, device deployment, and knowledge management.

This role provides hands-on experience in a global IT operations environment, helping you develop troubleshooting and analytical skills while collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• IT Support & Operations: Assist in supporting laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and collaboration tools.
• Device & Asset Management: Support device deployment, user onboarding, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle activities.
• Process Improvement: Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and update user guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
