Job summary

Division Communications Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project / Event Manager to take a project from brief to flawless execution. Lead projects independently from conceptualisation, planning and budgeting through to production and onsite execution.

You will manage client expectations, presentations, timelines and deliverables, coordinate creative teams, fabricators, production vendors and venues, and oversee budgets, cost control and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, budgeting, vendor management and client-servicing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects independently from conceptualisation, planning and budgeting through to production and onsite execution.
• Coordinate creative teams, fabricators, production vendors, venues, technical suppliers and manpower.
• Oversee project budgets, quotations, cost control and profitability.
• Troubleshoot unexpected challenges and ensure projects are delivered safely, smoothly and on schedule.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with onsite event work and occasional evenings or weekends.
• Able to join immediately or within two weeks is a strong advantage.
