You will coordinate with clients and vendors, prepare detailed schedules and operational plans, manage budgets and timelines, visit venues, and adapt to fast-paced changes while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver seamless events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate event activities from client briefing to event-day operations and completion.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to align objectives and logistics.
• Prepare detailed event schedules and operational plans.
• Coordinate logistics, manpower, setup and teardown for smooth flow.
• Manage event budgets and timelines to meet targets.
• Conduct site visits to assess venues and readiness.
• Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and resolve issues.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to deliver events.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to support tasks.
