Job summary

Division Communications Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project / Event Manager to take a project from brief to flawless execution. Lead projects independently from conceptualisation, planning and budgeting through to production and onsite execution.

You will manage client expectations, presentations, timelines and deliverables, coordinate creative teams, fabricators, production vendors and venues, and oversee budgets, cost control and profitability.

• Able to join immediately or within two weeks is a strong advantage.

Proven experience independently managing brand activations, launches, roadshows, exhibitions or corporate events.

Strong project management, budgeting, vendor management and client-servicing skills.

Confident, organised, resourceful and calm under pressure.

Comfortable with onsite event work and occasional evenings or weekends.

Able to join immediately or within two weeks is a strong advantage.
