Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in corporate credit documentation or banking legal support, with diploma or degree and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate credit documentation or banking legal support experience.
• Diploma or Degree required.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate credit/security structures (debentures, charges, mortgages) and registry requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Documentation: prepare, review, and execute complex corporate credit and security instruments.
• Ensure security perfection: coordinate registration, stamping, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage execution formalities: verify authorities, board resolutions, signing protocols with stakeholders and solicitors.
• Maintain system integrity: update core banking records and document repositories for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, and Legal teams to resolve queries swiftly.
