Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Credit Documentation Specialist in Singapore to support mid and large corporate borrowing accounts during incorporation and migration exercises. You will review and maintain credit and security documents, coordinating with legal, relationship managers and external solicitors.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business, banking, finance or related fields, and at least 2–3 years in credit documentation or banking legal support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Law or related disciplines.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience in credit documentation, loan operations or banking legal support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide credit documentation support for Mid Corp and Large Corp borrowing accounts during the incorporation and migration exercise.
• Retrieve, review, reconcile and maintain credit and security documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate execution of novation letters, supplemental agreements, deeds of assignment and other credit documents.
• Liaise with Legal, Relationship Managers, Credit teams and external solicitors on documentation requirements.
• Coordinate customer signing arrangements and verify authorised signatories and execution formalities.
• Handle security registration, amendments and filings with relevant authorities, including ACRA and SLA.
• Update collateral systems, maintain documentation records and track outstanding items.
• Identify and rectify documentation discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution of post-migration issues.
• Maintain trackers, prepare progress reports and support audit, compliance and regulatory queries.
