Job summary

FactSet Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Front Office Account Manager to serve as a technical account manager for Portware EMS. You will work with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to retain clients and implement new EMS features based on client needs.

The role requires business acumen, technical insight, and strong client relationship skills, with responsibilities spanning upgrades, new asset class implementations, broker connectivity, and client-facing reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial markets front office environments.
• Strong project management with concurrent priorities.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sale to assess client needs before implementation.
• Create strategy and objectives for each client account.
• Gather requirements at inception and during implementation to allocate resources.
• Champion customers’ needs through effective partnerships.
• Advocate internally to raise visibility of client needs.
• Focus activities on client business and priorities.
• Identify business opportunities supporting Portware objectives.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Support, Development, Sales and Pre-Sales Engineering for efficient implementations.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues.
• Model higher standards and drive results.
