Job summary

FactSet Singapore is seeking an experienced Front Office Account Manager for Portware EMS. You will manage client relationships, drive feature delivery, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful implementations and client retention.

The role requires business acumen, technical insight, and strong client-focused communication in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial markets front office environments.
• Strong project management with multiple projects delivery.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Hands-on SQL experience and ability to create complex queries.
• Collaborates with software engineers and architects on requirements.
• Experience with securities trading; FX/Fixed Income preferred.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and practical use cases.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and related tech.
• Demonstrates learning mindset from successes and failures.
• BA/BS in Economics, Business, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑sale to assess client needs before implementation.
• Create a strategy and objectives for each client account.
• Gather requirements at project onset and during execution.
• Advocate for client needs and maintain client partnerships.
• Act as client advocate to raise visibility of needs internally.
• Focus activities on client business and priorities.
• Identify business opportunities supporting Portware objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Development, Sales and Pre‑Sales.
• Coordinate with Support to resolve issues.
• Model behavior to inspire higher standards and results.
