Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a proactive technical support professional to diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues. You will consult with users over the phone, in person or via online chat to understand and troubleshoot problems.

You will identify when system reconfiguration is needed and implement it, assess user needs and recommend patches, upgrades or enhancements. You will document technical support procedures and maintain client records, respond promptly to queries,

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware or software systems
• Consulting with users over the phone, in person or via online chat to understand and troubleshoot technical issues
• Identifying when system reconfiguration is needed and implementing it
• Assessing user needs and recommending technical solutions such as patches, upgrades or enhancements
• Documenting technical support procedures and maintaining customer records
• Responding promptly to queries and providing information on the proper installation, maintenance and use of technical systems
• Performing complete on-site installations, including backing up client data, upgrading systems when needed, and installing new software or hardware
