Job summary

ASTUTE FAMILY HELPERS in Singapore is seeking a responsible Employment Agent to manage domestic helper placements, ensuring MOM regulations are followed and providing support from candidate sourcing to after-placement care.

You will respond to employer inquiries, screen and interview candidates, prepare Work Permits, coordinate with overseas agencies, and deliver ongoing after-placement support while maintaining accurate compliance records.

• Provide ongoing after-placement support to employers and helpers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory compliance.

• Respond to employer enquiries and match suitable domestic helpers to their specific needs
• Source, screen, and arrange interviews with potential domestic helpers to ensure quality placements
• Prepare and process employment contracts, Work Permit applications, and all required documentation accurately
• Manage MOM-related processes including Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations to maintain compliance
• Coordinate with overseas agencies on helper documentation and deployment logistics to ensure smooth transitions
• Organise helper arrivals, medical examinations, and onboarding activities to facilitate timely placements
• Provide ongoing after-placement support to both employers and helpers to address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid CEI certification
• Knowledge of MOM procedures and Work Permit documentation processes
