Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a CEI/KAH-certified Employment Agency Executive to oversee the recruitment and placement of Migrant Domestic Workers, ensuring MOM compliance and high-quality client service in a busy maid agency environment. You will run end-to-end processes, advise employers on candidate fit, handle work permit documentation, and maintain audit-ready records while upholding MOM standards and delivering reliable, professional support to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid KAH or CEI certification is mandatory.
• MOM regulations knowledge related to MDW recruitment and placement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CEI/KAH-certified Employment Agency Executive to manage recruitment and placement of Migrant Domestic Workers, ensure MOM compliance, and deliver excellent client service in a dynamic maid agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end placement process for Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) to ensure timely and compliant recruitment outcomes
• Advise and assist employers in selecting suitable domestic helpers by assessing household needs and matching candidate profiles
• Conduct customer consultations to understand client requirements and maintain strong client relationships
• Process work permit applications, renewals, transfers, and related documentation accurately and in compliance with MOM regulations
• Ensure strict adherence to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Employment Agency standards throughout recruitment activities
• Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates to facilitate effective selection decisions
• Liaise with overseas recruitment partners and training centers to manage candidate sourcing and training logistics
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Resolve client and worker concerns professionally and efficiently to uphold service quality and satisfaction
• Support business development and marketing activities to contribute to agency growth and client acquisition

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Key Appointment Holder(KAH) or CEI (Certificate for Employment Intermediaries) certification is mandatory to legally perform employment agency functions
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations related to MDW recruitment and placement to ensure compliance
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and partners
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude to enhance client experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience handling domestic helper placements to enhance recruitment effectiveness
• Familiarity with MOM online systems and procedures to streamline permit and documentation processes
• Multilingual abilities (English plus Mandarin, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Burmese, or Filipino) to facilitate communication with diverse clients and workers; these language skills support effective engagement in a multicultural context
