Job summary

We are a Singapore-based employment agency specializing in Migrant Domestic Workers, currently seeking a customer service-oriented candidate to manage enquiries and coordinate documentation for workers and employers.

You will provide counselling to workers and employers to ensure smooth placements, handling administrative tasks, work permits, arrivals, and maintaining a positive service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’/’A’ Level or Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries to ensure high satisfaction and timely resolution
• Deliver efficient, quality service with proactive follow-up on customer feedback to enhance client experience
• Manage administrative tasks including coordinating documentation, work permits, and arrivals of new Migrant Domestic Workers
• Provide counselling support to Migrant Domestic Workers and occasionally to employers to address concerns and facilitate smooth placements
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and maintain a positive, dynamic work environment
