Job summary

HUMANSCO PTE. LTD. is seeking an Employment Agent Consultant to handle employers’ enquiries, arrange interviews between employers and helpers, and provide end-to-end customer service throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, independent, and customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexi-work hours are offered, with attractive commissions. Open to Singaporean and PR applicants only.

Qualifications

• CEI Basic (Comprehensive) certification is required.
• Related maid agency experience is preferred.
• Must be sales oriented and self-driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle employers’ enquiries.
• Conduct and arrange interviews between employers and helpers.
