Job summary

ASTUTE FAMILY HELPERS in Singapore is seeking a responsible Employment Agent to manage domestic helper placements, ensuring MOM regulations are followed and providing support from candidate sourcing to after-placement care.

You will respond to employer inquiries, screen and interview candidates, prepare Work Permits, coordinate with overseas agencies, and deliver ongoing after-placement support while maintaining accurate compliance records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employer enquiries and match suitable domestic helpers to their needs.
• Source, screen, and arrange interviews with potential domestic helpers.
• Prepare and process employment contracts, Work Permit applications, and documentation.
• Manage MOM-related processes including Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with overseas agencies on helper documentation and deployment logistics.
• Organise helper arrivals, medical examinations, and onboarding.
• Provide ongoing after-placement support to employers and helpers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
