Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Onboarding Admin to support employee life cycle activities and onboarding processes in Singapore. The role involves administering offer letters, screenings, and employee declarations, as well as handling staff movements, work pass applications, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Candidates with prior HR exposure will be advantageous; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciple.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and ensure prompt and smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities, adhering to the local regulations and company’s policies.
• Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, employee declaration etc.
• Manage other staff movement activities such as transfers, secondment, conversions of employment types, re-employment, and cessation of employment.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents.
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
• Ensure timely storage of employee documents.
• Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant disciple.
