Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Employee Experience.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with digital content experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in AI and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support culture, learning, engagement and talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end learning programmes and participant experience.
• Partner with HR teams to deliver regional people initiatives.
• Develop employee communications and intranet content.
• Monitor budgets and prepare post-programme evaluations.
