Skills and Workforce Development Agency seeks a dynamic professional to join the Strategic Engagement and Communications team in the Enterprise Experience Division. Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing, research and analytics, or a similar role.
Able to develop and implement strategic communications and engagement plans aligned with organisational goals.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and employer engagement, with experience developing content assets and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with research methodologies including survey design, focus group facilitation, and qualitative analysis.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and digital marketing tools and platforms, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts for marketing applications, including foundational knowledge of NLP and text analysis techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in programme or project management, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage concurrent assignments and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about evolving marketing technologies and workforce trends.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for employer outreach and campaigns.
Design engagement architectures that deliver timely, relevant communications to employers and nudge them into action.
Create content assets such as eDMs and curated programme bundles to proliferate SWDA messages.
Drive strategic communications plans to build awareness of enterprise programmes among employers.
Ensure messaging consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to sharpen communications using employer feedback and data insights.
Engage with business partners and industry stakeholders to extend SWDA's outreach.
Represent SWDA at industry events and organise flagship enterprise events and awards.
Draw insights from data sources to understand employer segmentation and needs; leverage data platforms for personalised content.
Maintain feedback loops with stakeholders and coordinate CRM systems and analytics platforms.
