Job summary

career zoom pte. ltd. is seeking an Employee Engagement & Experience Lead to shape a positive workplace culture for a distributed workforce of 300–400 professionals deployed across client sites in Singapore.

This hands-on, full-time role partners with HR, account management and delivery teams to ensure a trusted employee experience from onboarding to retention. You will design the engagement journey, conduct milestone check-ins, triage issues, build communities, and coordinate proactive

Qualifications

• Experience in employee engagement, workforce care, HR operations, or contractor management within Singapore.
• Prior experience supporting a distributed, client-deployed workforce is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Singapore workplace practices and cultural sensitivity.
• A proven track record of handling confidential information, sensitive employee conversations, and grievances with trust and sound judgement.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, case management, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Journey: design and run the onboarding-to-assignment engagement path for deployed employees.
• Active Support: perform milestone check-ins and maintain regular contact with client-site staff.
• Issue Resolution: be the first contact for concerns and triage or escalate as needed.
• Community Building: create channels and forums to foster belonging.
• Proactive Intervention: spot disengagement risks and coordinate timely actions.
• Collaboration & Tracking: coordinate with recruitment, HR and delivery teams; monitor retention themes.
• Compliance: ensure practices meet internal policies and Singapore employment rules.
