Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) seeks a proactive Employee Wellbeing & Engagement professional to design and implement programmes that enhance staff wellbeing and workplace experience. You will collaborate with NHG Health and PopHealth stakeholders to drive initiatives aligned with MOH strategies.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven evaluation, and excellent communication across all levels, from frontline staff to executives, in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years in project management, preferably in staff wellbeing or HR.
• Experience engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across different levels.
• Design, implement and improve wellbeing and engagement programmes using data to evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop communication content and outreach strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and data-driven decisions.
• Energetic, self-driven, and detail-oriented with capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with excellent communication.
• Resourceful and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wellbeing initiatives: manage end-to-end delivery and continuous enhancement of staff wellbeing programmes and services.
• Engagement initiatives: partner with stakeholders to plan and execute organisation-wide engagement initiatives.
• Project management: plan, coordinate and manage multiple programmes concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource use.
• Communications: develop content and outreach strategies to drive awareness and sustained engagement.
• Stakeholder management: build and maintain partnerships to facilitate collaboration and successful programme delivery.
• Data analysis and programme evaluation: conduct environmental scans and analyze data to identify trends and measure effectiveness.
• Administration: manage budgeting, procurement, contract administration, logistics coordination and records management.
