Job summary

Abbott Manufacturing Singapore Private Limited seeks a Communications & CSR Lead to manage internal communications, drive employee engagement, and lead CSR initiatives on site. The role also involves planning All Employee Meetings, Townhalls and site events, coordinating with Public Affairs, Legal and Branding, and producing staff newsletters and videos.

The position requires strong copywriting, content curation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely communication and engagement

Qualifications

• Leads CSR activities and represents AMS at Abbott CSR group.
• Designs, curates and executes content for internal communications to drive engagement.
• Plans and executes site-wide events (All Employee Meetings, Townhalls, etc.).
• Coordinates with Public Affairs, Legal and Branding for external communications.
• Drafts emails communicating HR/training schemes/issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSR activities for AMS and represent at Abbott CSR group.
• Lead internal communications and Employee Engagement initiatives on site.
• Plan and execute site-wide events and recognition programs.
• Produce staff newsletters and video content with approvals/permits.
