Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to lead the end-to-end employee communications portfolio across the division, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and leadership messages.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into clear, audience-focused communications, manage feedback channels, and monitor engagement metrics to inform action plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Strong writing and storytelling with influencing skills.
• Experience with SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Ability to analyze feedback and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies, leadership messages, staff announcements, feature articles, and engagement content to support key business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate business objectives and organisational developments into clear, impactful communications.
• Provide communications advisory support to leadership and ensure messaging consistency across channels.
• Lead the management of employee feedback platforms and engagement channels, including collection, tracking, analysis, and publication of feedback and responses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and promote transparency and accountability.
• Monitor employee sentiment, engagement metrics, and feedback trends, and provide insights to inform strategies and action plans.
• Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns, events, and initiatives to strengthen awareness and culture.
• Support organisational change and transformation programmes through targeted communications.
