Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will craft compelling content, lead company-wide town halls and events, drive culture, wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and translate insights from listening surveys into targeted actions while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement or Corporate Communications.
• Experience supporting change management or transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide internal communications and employee engagement across the business.
• Develop engaging content across multiple channels and lead town halls and employee events.
• Drive initiatives across culture, wellbeing and employee engagement.
• Oversee employee listening and pulse surveys and translate insights into targeted actions.
• Support change and sensitive communications during key organisational developments.
