Job summary

Abbott Laboratories Pte Ltd is seeking an on-site Communications and CSR lead at AMS to coordinate visits, drive CSR initiatives, and shape employee engagement.

You will manage internal communications, content updates, and LIFE Committee programs, while planning site-wide events and recognition programs.

This role collaborates with Public Affairs, Legal, and Branding to ensure external communications are accurate and approved, including newsletters and videos.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads Abbott internal and external visits to AMS.
• Leads CSR activities for AMS and represents Abbott CSR; oversees Operations Discovery execution.
• Leads internal communications and drives on-site employee engagement, including LIFE Committee.
• Designs and updates internal content to boost employee engagement.
• Plans and executes site-wide events: All-Employee Meetings, Town Halls, and corporate programs.
• Leads site-wide recognition programs to ensure timely, specific employee recognition.
• Produces staff newsletters and videos, coordinating writers, approvals, layout, printing, distribution.
• Coordinates with Public Affairs, Legal and Branding to review external communication materials.
• Drafts and sends email circulars to promote HR/training schemes/issues.

Job description

• Coordinates and leads both Abbott Internal and External Customer and Affiliates Visits to AMS.
• Leads Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities for AMS. Represent Abbott CSR group and lead the execution of Operations Discovery in AMS
• Leads internal communications and drive Employee Engagement initiatives on site which includes the LIFE Committee program.
• Responsible to design, curate and execute content update for internal communications to drive employee engagement
• Responsible to plan and execute site wide events such as All Employee Meetings, Townhall meetings and any other Abbott corporate programs relevant to the site.
• Leads and drives site wide recognition programs to ensure timely and specific recognition is awarded to employees.
• Responsible for the production of staff newsletters and videos, including all necessary approvals/permits, coordination of writers and articles, copywriting and layout, printing and distribution.
• Responsible to coordinate with Public Affairs, Legal and Abbott's Branding team to review, edit and approve communication material intended for communication to external parties.
• Drafts / sends email circulars to communicate, promote HR/training related schemes/issues.
