Job summary

HR Exchange Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Corporate Communications Coordinator to support branding, content creation and executive communications.

You will manage brand decks and digital templates, oversee website and LinkedIn content, and coordinate events and ESG reporting with internal teams and external consultants. You will also handle vendor negotiations for gifts and digital services and provide versatile admin support to the CEO and Business Director, ensuring deadlines are met with

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Mass Communications, Business, Graphic Design or related field with 2–3 years hands-on experience.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines and exercise good judgment.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and advanced PowerPoint for exec-level presentations.
Strong written and verbal English for LinkedIn posts, internal collaterals and executive copy.

Responsibilities

Design, standardize, and maintain brand decks, profiles, business cards and digital templates with brand consistency.
Manage website content, plan and write LinkedIn posts, liaise with SEO vendors for web optimization.
Plan and execute internal employee events and coordinate annual charity campaigns.
Coordinate ESG reporting with engineering/operations teams and external consultants.
Source and manage vendors for corporate gifts, promotion, printing and digital services.
Provide admin and communications support to CEO and Business Director on strategic projects.
