Job summary

Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled communications professional to lead management communications, industry/trade relations, employee engagement and protocol support.

The role will span strategy to execution, collaborating across management teams and external partners to protect brand reputation. You will craft speeches, coordinate industry releases, manage awards submissions and oversee Townhall content, while supporting crisis responses and using AI tools for research and drafting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate comms or a comms agency, preferably in a large or complex organisation.
• Experience including thought leadership, management comms, media relations, employee engagement and stakeholder relations.
• Experience with protocol and issues management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop management comms, including company announcements, speeches and talking points.
• Plan and deliver industry and trade comms, develop angles, release materials and handle media enquiries.
• Coordinate corporate awards and sponsorships, managing submissions and timelines.
• Work with business units on employee engagement comms and Townhall content.
• Support protocol for visits and events with dignitaries, including briefs and gifts.
• Support crisis and reputation work via media monitoring, issue flagging and response materials.
• Use approved AI tools for research, drafting and summaries, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
