Job summary

RB CORP PTE. LTD. seeks a junior sous chef to assist the sous chef and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in our hotel restaurant. You will coordinate with other F&B heads, ensure quality and safety in food preparation, and help manage staff during shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, keeping areas clean, helping with training, and delivering high guest service standards in a cosmopolitan hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and above.
• At least 5 years’ experience in restaurant food service.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production.
• Ensure effective stock purchase, its receipt and storage.
• Maintain clean working areas and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and assist others as needed.
• Participate in daily briefings and trainings.
• Deliver high standard of food and service to guests.
• Meet sanitation and health regulations and hotel standards.
• Assist in recruitment and training of staff.
