Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 or higher preferred.
• Must read, speak, understand English.
• Must be reachable by email and communicate by phone.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS, reservations, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service to every customer.
• Recommends wines to customers based on price, taste, and food pairing.
• Oversees wine service and stores, trains staff on wine selection.
• Ensures wines are served in correct glassware and at proper temperature.
• Maintains knowledge of wine laws, appellations, and grape varieties.
• Accurately takes and enters orders; coordinates with servers and management.
• Uses POS and restaurant tech to account for all sales.
• Maintains service tools and supports inventory and cellar tasks.
• Delivers professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates with team; trains new employees as assigned.
