Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Care Support Associate for the Emergency Department on a 2-year renewable contract. You will support nurses and doctors to deliver safe and compassionate patient care, including daily living assistance and transportation for investigations.

ECGs may be performed as directed by clinicians. The role requires N-Level qualification or equivalent and a WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Assistant or related training, with a passion for patient care and service

Qualifications

N-Level qualification or equivalent is required.
WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Assistant or related healthcare support training is required.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
Accompany and transport patients for investigations, procedures, and treatments.
Monitor and record vital signs and other patient observations.
Assist nurses and doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Perform ECGs as directed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
Observe and report changes in patients' conditions promptly.
Support quality, safety, and infection control practices.
