• Advise on ward class charges, subsidies, and payment options in ED.
• Stay updated on financing schemes to address inquiries.
• Explain ward charge differences and subsidy implications.
• Coordinate patient transfers to other institutions.
• Handle admissions-related admin and other duties as assigned.
