Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. invites an experienced electrical engineer to join our Fab 10 Facilities as the site technical authority for electrical infrastructure up to 230kV.

You will lead planning for capacity, reliability and lifecycle, and provide technical direction for major capital projects and brownfield expansions. You will own site-wide reliability and risk management, including FMEA, system modelling, and protection coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional Engineer (Electrical) in Singapore highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site technical authority for electrical infrastructure up to 230kV.
• Lead long-term planning for electrical capacity, reliability, and asset lifecycle.
• Provide technical assurance for major capital projects and brownfield expansions.
• Own site-wide electrical reliability and risk management, including FMEA and lifecycle management.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis for high-impact technical issues and incidents.
• Influence engineering and investment decisions to strengthen safety and continuity.
• Champion SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital twins.
• Mentor senior technical talent and drive technical reviews.
