As a Facilities Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless operation, maintenance, and improvement of the electrical systems within Fab 10. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to complete maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all electrical activities.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems ranging from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency generators, UPS systems, and power quality equipment.
Support commissioning and startup of new electrical systems and infrastructure upgrades.
Identify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting steps or procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures.
Maintain detailed files of electrical systems, service records, and conformity reports.
Mentor technicians and participate in technical training programs to elevate team capabilities.
Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the field.
Minimum 2+ years in electrical maintenance and operations within semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, electrical schematics, and safety codes. Experience with ETAP, IEC standards, and predictive maintenance tools is desirable.
Effective communicator with strong teamwork and documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
