Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in electrical maintenance and operations in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with safety codes and IEC standards.
• Experience with ETAP and predictive maintenance tools is desirable.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and documentation skills.
• Proactive, safety-conscious and eager for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS standards compliance across electrical activities.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems (230kV to LV).
• Support commissioning and startup of new electrical systems.
• Identify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting.
• Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to mitigate failures.
• Maintain detailed records of electrical systems and conformity reports.
• Mentor technicians and participate in technical training.
• Support deployment of SMART diagnostics and AI-enabled tools.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Share AI-enabled enhancements within scope.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to complete maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all electrical activities.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems ranging from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency generators, UPS systems, and power quality equipment.

• Support commissioning and startup of new electrical systems and infrastructure upgrades.

• Identify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting steps or procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures.

• Maintain detailed files of electrical systems, service records, and conformity reports.

• Mentor technicians and participate in technical training programs to elevate team capabilities.

• Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the field.

• Minimum 2+ years in electrical maintenance and operations within semiconductor or manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, electrical schematics, and safety codes. Experience with ETAP, IEC standards, and predictive maintenance tools is desirable.

• Effective communicator with strong teamwork and documentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.

• Proactive, safety-conscious, and dedicated to ongoing improvement.

• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
