Job summary

Fab 10 Facilities in Singapore is seeking a senior electrical engineering leader to serve as the site technical authority for electrical infrastructure up to 230kV, defining strategy, standards, protection philosophies, and technical direction for manufacturing facilities.

You will lead long-term capacity planning, reliability programs, and major capital projects, mentor engineers, and influence decisions with utilities, regulators, and OEMs to ensure safety, continuity, and future-ready power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in high/medium/low-voltage electrical design, commissioning, operations, maintenance, protection, reliability, and capacity planning in complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site technical authority for electrical infrastructure up to 230kV, setting strategy, design criteria, and engineering standards.
• Lead long-term planning for electrical capacity, reliability, asset lifecycle, power quality, and technology deployment.
• Provide technical recommendations and assurance for major capital projects, brownfield expansions, and critical power systems.
• Own site-wide electrical reliability, risk management, and lifecycle management including FMEA and system modelling.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses for major incidents and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Provide technical assurance for designs, commissioning, energization, and safe integration of new systems.
• Influence engineering and investment decisions to improve safety, continuity, sustainability, and performance.
