Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior electrical engineering leader to own the site-wide electrical strategy for a high‑voltage infrastructure up to 230kV.

You will steer long‑term capacity planning, reliability programs, and technology deployment to support semiconductor manufacturing at Fab 10. You will provide authoritative technical direction, supervise critical power projects, and partner with utilities and regulators to ensure safety, compliance, and continuous production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in electrical engineering with PE Singapore registration preferred.
• 15+ years in high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical systems in complex manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in substations, transformers, switchgear, protection/control, UPS/DUPS.
• Experience shaping site electrical strategy and standards is essential.
• Ability to lead investigations, risk reduction, and major infrastructure initiatives.
• Familiarity with power system studies: load flow, short-circuit, arc-flash, harmonics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site technical authority for electrical infrastructure up to 230kV.
• Lead long-term planning for electrical capacity, reliability, and technology deployment.
• Provide technical recommendations for major capital projects and brownfield expansions.
• Own site-wide electrical reliability, risk management, and lifecycle off?ering.
• Lead resolution of high-impact technical issues and significant incidents.
• Provide technical assurance for designs, commissioning, and energization plans.
• Influence engineering and investment decisions to improve safety and continuity.
• Champion SMART power systems and data-driven maintenance strategies.
• Mentor senior technical talent and share standards and lessons learned.
• Engage with utilities, regulators, PE boards, OEMs, and suppliers on complex infrastructure.
