Job summary

WeLead Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an EHS professional to ensure compliance with EHS laws and ISO standards across manufacturing sites. You will perform regular workplace inspections and implement practical control measures.

You will maintain EHS management systems, coordinate emergency plans and drills, manage documentation, and support audits. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ of EHS experience in manufacturing sector
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 Management Systems and Singapore EHS legal requirements
• Good documentation skills with revision control
• Verse with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Work at Height Supervisor and Lifting Supervisor certifications preferred
• Able to wear PPE when required
• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to lift and carry up to 18kg occasionally and up to 10 kg frequently

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is in compliance with all applicable EHS legal requirements, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements, and corporate operational requirements
• Regular inspection of workplace and recommend and implement reasonably practical control measures
• Maintain existing Job Safety Analysis program, Emergency Action Plan, Legal Register, and Risk Management System
• Making sure Emergency Response plans are in proper working conditions and coordinating emergency drills
• Conduct activities related to environmental compliance, reporting, regulatory permitting, hazardous waste handling, and waste reduction/recycling programs
• Maintain all EHS records, reports, permits, and training documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Assisting with internal and external EHS audits
• Preparation of monthly safety committee meetings, reporting safety metrics, and departmental safety audits
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct and integrity
