Vision Green PTE. LTD. is seeking an EHS / Safety Officer in Singapore to promote high Environmental, Health & Safety standards across operations.

You will ensure WSH compliance, identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, support investigations, and foster a safety-first culture among employees, contractors and stakeholders. The role involves implementing safety systems, conducting audits, and coordinating training, with liaison across management and operations to ensure statutory compliance

Competenze

• 2-5 years of relevant EHS/WSH experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and subsidiary legislation.
• MOM-registered WSHO qualification is highly preferred if the position requires statutory WSHO responsibilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and preferably ISO 14001.
• Experience in risk assessment, workplace inspections, incident investigation and safety training.
• Good communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
• Able to work independently and engage effectively with workers, management, and contractors.

• Participate in internal and external EHS/WSH audits and inspections.
• Participate in ISO/BizSafe audits and inspections.
• Maintain a proper documentation control.
• Liaise with management, employees, contractors, clients, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor environmental requirements, including proper handling/storage of hazardous substances and waste where applicable.
• Promote continuous improvement and a strong safety-first culture within Vision Green.

Position Overview

Vision Green is seeking a responsible and proactive EHS / Safety Officer to oversee and promote high standards of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) across our workplace and operations.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, identify and control workplace hazards, conduct inspections and risk assessments, support incident investigations, and promote a strong safety culture among employees, contractors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant EHS/WSH experience ; more experienced candidates are welcome.
• Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and subsidiary legislation .
• MOM-registered WSHO qualification is highly preferred if the position requires statutory WSHOresponsibilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 4501 and preferably ISO14001 .
