Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an EHS professional to drive safety policies in line with WSH regulations and ISO standards. The role focuses on audits, risk assessments and incident investigations to keep operations compliant.

You will collaborate with regulators, contractors, and internal teams, conduct safety training, and maintain EHS records and KPIs. Salary up to SGD 7,000 monthly, with Mon-Fri hours at Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain EHS policies and practices in line with WSH regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and BizSafe requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near misses, recommend corrective actions and prepare required reports.
• Review and monitor PTW, RA, SWP and contractor safety compliance.
• Promote EHS best practices and foster a proactive safety culture across operations.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, regulatory inspections and certification activities.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, emergency drills and awareness programmes.
• Maintain EHS documentation, statutory records, reports and safety KPIs.
• Work closely with regulatory authorities, contractors, customers and internal teams on EHS matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

• Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, emergency drills and awareness programmes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Envrionmental, Health & Safety, Engineering or related

• Min 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Logistics, Manufacturing or Industrial environments is an advantage

• Knowledge of WSH legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and BizSafe requirements

• Working Location: Jurong East

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)

• Salary: Up to $7000
