Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Recruitment Associate to drive student recruitment and enrolment by following up on leads, advising prospective students and parents, and tracking buying decisions.

You will manage leads with a current sales kit, monitor the pipeline, submit a weekly Lead & Recruitment Report, and support company and partner events to hit recruitment targets. Occasional cover for colleagues may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive student recruitment and enrolment by following up on leads
• Monitor competitors and industry trends; provide timely feedback on campaigns
• Manage leads with a current, presentable sales kit; advise prospective students and parents; follow up on enquiries per guidelines; submit weekly reports
• Support recruitment events and build relationships with new and existing students to hit targets
• Cover for colleagues during absences and take on ad-hoc duties as needed

Job description

• Drive student recruitment and enrolment by following up on leads, tracking consumer behaviour and buying decisions, and monitoring competitors, industry trends and government initiatives. Give timely qualitative and quantitative feedback on campaigns.
• Manage leads by keeping a current, presentable sales kit, advising prospective students and parents, following up on every enquiry per Lead Management guidelines, monitoring pipeline sufficiency, and submitting a weekly Lead & Recruitment Report.
• Run recruitment and awareness activities, support company and partner events, and build good relationships with new and existing students to hit recruitment targets.
• Cover for colleagues during absences and take on ad-hoc duties as needed.
