Job summary

Uwing International School is seeking an Enrolment Consultant to engage prospective students and parents, understand needs, and guide them to suitable programmes. You will convert enquiries into enrolments while keeping accurate records and hitting targets.

Responsibilities include following up with prospects, explaining programme details, coordinating with Student Services and Academic departments, and participating in recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in education sales, student recruitment, course consultation, or admissions.
• Strong communication, consultation, and follow-up skills to engage and convert prospective students.
• Ability to understand parents’ and students’ needs and recommend programmes professionally.
• Results-oriented mindset with responsibility for meeting enrolment targets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail in managing records and processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn student management or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from prospective students and parents via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face consultations
• Assess each student’s educational background, learning needs, and academic goals to recommend suitable programmes
• Consistently follow up with prospective students and parents to convert qualified enquiries into enrolments
• Clearly explain programme details, course schedules, admission requirements, school policies, and applicable fees
• Assist students and parents in preparing application documents and coordinate with Student Services and Academic departments during enrolment
• Maintain accurate and updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and enrolment outcomes
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly enrolment targets
• Participate in school events, open houses, education fairs, and other recruitment activities as required
• Build and sustain positive relationships with students, parents, education partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure all information provided complies with school policies and regulatory requirements
