Job summary

Allied Search PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment (Education) to drive enrolment targets and manage first-level conversions through calls, info sessions, and meetings.

You will coordinate with marketing and events teams, assist with student services, and support the Head of Student Recruitment in planning roadshows, fairs, and campaigns to attract prospective students. You will liaise with prospects via multiple channels and help with documentation and

Responsibilities

• Increase and achieve course (enrolment) targets per intake.
• First-level conversion through outbound/inbound calls, setting up Info Sessions and meetings, converting leads to applications.
• Communicate with prospects via calls, emails, SMS to promote courses.
• Assist in pre and post student services and follow-up.
• Support Head of Student Recruitment in planning and attending marketing events such as Info Sessions, course fairs, road shows, alumni events.
• Coordinate with Creative and Digital teams for collaterals (brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, landing pages).
• Gather and collect documents from students and follow up on instalment plans.

As an Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment (Education), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To increase and achieve course (enrolment) targets per intake.
• Responsible specifically on first-level conversion (outbound and inbound calls, setting up Info Sessions and meetings, conversion of leads to applications) and will be given targets to mainly increase applications.
• To directly communicate with prospects to promote courses, via calls (inbound and outbound), emails, SMS.
• To assist in pre and post student services and follow-up.
• To support and work closely with Head of Student Recruitment in planning, executing, and attending of marketing events, such as Info Sessions, course fairs, association engagements, road shows, student-recruitment and alumni related events.
• To coordinate with the Creative team, and Digital team in preparation of required collaterals such as brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, landing page, etc.
• To provide support in gathering and collecting all documents from student.
• To follow up with scheduled instalment plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any disciplinefrom a recognized institution
